2003 - Faye Cosentino - researcher and author of the "Cemeteries of Brooksville, Maine" series documenting each cemetery and tomb stone with GPS, photos and transcriptions. Her latest book "Military Men and Women of Brooksville Maine" has just been published. Faye also indexed 2 books of the Brooksville Vital Records: "Marriage Records Brooksville, Maine 1847-1892" and "Vital Records Brooksville, Maine 1817-1912"

2004 - Elizabeth Clifford - Founder of  "Up stArts" . An elementary school group that with their parents are raising funds to a support the Arts portion of the school building project that was cut to reduce the projected expense.

2006 - Sarah Hudson - Founder of the Castine Ambulance Service. Instructor at Maine Maritime Academy.  Winner of the Governor's Award.
